DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICIES

We aim to have all orders shipped the same business day if placed before 12 Noon Eastern Time. Orders placed Friday after 12PM EST will be shipped the next business day. Standard shipments will ship via USPS, FedEx or DHL depending on your location. Orders with shipping addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, PO Boxes, APO/FO & U.S. Territories will ship via USPS Priority. You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking once your order has shipped.

We accept orders shipped to PO boxes and APO/FPO or U.S. territories.  Orders shipped to these addresses must be sent via USPS Priority.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES

We aim to have all orders shipped the same business day if placed before 12 NOON EST. Orders placed Friday after 12PM EST will be shipped the next business day. All international orders are shipped via DHL, and are typically delivered within 7-21 business days from the date that it is shipped.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

All applicable customs and import duties, fees, taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We ship packages via DHL. Packages shipped DHL will be subject to import fees upon collecting their package. 

​

Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package, and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.

​

International returns initiated due to refusal to pay duties and taxes will be subject to a $25 restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund amount.
